HOW I WORKOUT

My favorite ways to workout!

Äntligen har jag filmat lite träning! Jag har fått så otroligt mycket frågor om träning, vad jag gör och hur jag gör osv. Jag har ju faktiskt varit lite dålig på att dela med mig av min träning senaste tiden, vet inte varför egentligen då jag älskar att träna. :-) I videon visar jag upp mina 3 favoriter, och det är så jag tränar mestadels. Jag brukar som ni vet gå morgonpromenad varje dag, sen gillar jag cirkel-pass bäst. Det går snabbt, man kan göra det vart som helst och man kan variera sig otroligt. Delar med mig av mitt favoritpass som ni måste prova! :-) Sist men inte minst visar jag hur jag kör backintervaller, ett enkelt sätt att bli helt slut haha! Hoppas ni gillar den! Funderar på att ta en promenad nu, blev sugen när jag redigerat den här videon och sett träning halva dagen. PUSS <3

I’ve gotten so many questions about training, what I do and how I do etc. I’ve actually been pretty bad at sharing my workouts lately, not sure why since I love to workout. :-) In the video I show you my 3 favorites, and that’s how I train most of the time. As you know I usually go morning walks every day, and then I like circuit workouts the best. It’s quick, you can do it everywhere and you can vary it so much. I share my favorite workout with you guys so you have to try it out! :-) Last but not least I show you how I do hill sprints, an easy way to get completely exhausted haha! Hope you like it! Thinking about going for a walk now, I feel like it since I’ve been editing this video and seen training half the day. HUGS <3

  • Well done! You should get kettle bells for the roof top gym! I hate burpees but very effective! I remember you had a post abou Les Mills Immersive training. Do you have this in Marbella or Monaco? I love it and do it one or two times every week.

    your video is so inspiring for me. Because as you said that you hate run but you love walking. I absolutely agree with you :D
    But I would like to ask you that what you practised on rooftop it was some exercise from kayla Itsines or am I wrong? Because if yes so she is the best online trainer

    I was wondering what camera gear you used for filming this? :) What camera and lens did you use? And did you use a sort of easy steadicam as well? Film looked really good, and I´m thinking about what gear I should buy for filming :) Hope to hear from you!

    I found this video on your website while I searched for your and Jon’s workout. I like the way you workout because it’s quick and you can do whereever and whenever you want ?.

    But my question is, do you workout with a special app on your iPhone? Or do you use only the stopwatch from your phone to check the sequences and have your workout steps in your mind?

    Thanks for a short answer and I’m happy to see a lot more vlogs from you and Jon ?.
