A REGULAR DAY IN MARBELLA – VLOG

Time for a new vlog – I just filmed a normal day here in Marbella. :-)

Hej babes! Ni får se i vloggen helt enkelt!

//Hey babes! Here’s a new vlog, I just felt like it and recorded one day. :-) Cozy to vlog when you really feel like it, haha! We had just a regular day, hung out at home, cooked, did some workouts in the pool and went grocery shopping etc. You get to see it all in the vlog! We’re continuing on the plant based track and I’m still cooking lots of food, I made a really good lunch today and it was so simple. I’ll show you later! LOVE to cook nowadays, fun when you get to work with a completely “new” way of eating. :-) Hope you like the vlog! This day we’ve been doing some photo-work, some computer work and now I’m gonna close down the computer for the day and watch a movie in the cinema room. The best way to end a good day. Lots of love <3

I was wondering: if you eat plant based food, like a lot of vegetables, are you hungry in between your meals? (Because I am sometimes when I only eat vegetables) Or do you also eat snacks in between your meals? (Like what?) Really curious about this way of eating ! 🙂

Hi Eva, I’m a medical student and have been plant-based for over three years. I have helped many people transfer to a healthy plant-based lifestyle.

To answer your question: You need to eat bigger portions if you’re 100% plant-based. Plants contain fewer calories per gram so you should eat until you’re full. Also, whole grains and starches and protein-rich plant foods (e.g. beans and lentil, oats, potatoes, brown rice) help you feel full and satisfied for a longer period of time. But there’s nothing wrong with snacking during the day! ;)

I’m actually currently developing an online programme for plant-based nutrition for beginners that will be launched early 2019. If you’re interested you can send me and IG direct message: lisannasemilarski and I can give you more details (or help :)) regarding this opportunity.

Oh I eat so many times per day, snacks are life haha! I eat maybe 5-7 times per day, so I’m a hungry girl. ;-) Oat yoghurt, rice cakes, sandwich, fruit, nuts, smoothies etc etc. Xx

i love that you go or try to go all plant based but i think if you really want that it works this time and you wont feel sick again you need to increase your calories. obviously i dont know what you ate throughout the whole day but your lunch was super super light. almost no calories. you wont get enough energy this way. smth you must realize is that when you eat this way you need to eat a lot more than you used to because usually plant based things are low in calorie and you are a very active girl…walk 2x a day and a workout….you will loose all your muscle mass and feel sick if you keep eating so low in calorie. you either have to eat more or find a way to get a food that is higher in calorie in every meal.

Don’t worry, this time I’m eating way more mixed and read more about what I need in my body (vitamins etc). And – I eat 5-7 times per day so I get enough food throughout the day, I’m way too hungry to eat too little haha! Xx

    Hej!

Ekstremt viktig for veganere, men også vegetarianere å ta b12!
