PREGNANCY WEEK 39

Week 39
Days left: 7
Weight: +10,5kg

MUMS!

Baby’s status: Now he’s around 50 cm and weighs around 3,1 kg (she told us at our ultrasound today!). He’s not putting on that much weight which my doctor said is because he’s getting ready to come out soon. Not too much else is happening right now, he’s getting ready to come out soon. :-) CAN’T WAIT!

My status: I’m still feeling great so it doesn’t feel like anything is about to start yet, haha! The doctor said that I was around 1 cm open though, and booked a new ultrasound in one week. She did say “we might see each other before that, maybe friday” so I don’t know. I think he will stay in there anyhow, haha! I have some pressure down but not too much, I sleep a bit weird but better than a few weeks ago and I just feel very good for being super pregnant. I’m really excited to meet the little boy in there now, both curious and a bit worried. I’ve been very calm during my entire pregnancy but now I have thoughts like “hope he’s feeling ok, that he’s healthy” etc, now sure if that’s how you think in the end of the pregnancy. He’s gonna come when he’s ready, that’s how I think! :-) Will this be the last weekly update? No one knows, so exciting!!

Cravings: Still carbs, don’t really feel like eating protein… I try to eat protein anyways for him, plus veggies. I eat a lot of bread, pasta and potatoes though haha! YUM!

Hej Janni!

Skiljer bara 3 veckor 😄

So exciting time for you! 🤩🤩
How long are you planning to stay in Marbella after the baby is born?

    • janni says:

Yes, we’re so excited!! :D We’re gonna stay for 2-3 months I guess if he’s healthy and everything is good. We want to take the vaccinations he needs and then we have to go to Sweden to get him a passport. :-) Xx

  • You look amazing! Wish you relaxed last days of your pregnancy.

  • Shayla says:

You look amazing Janni, my best wishes on your journey to bring your boy into the world. 💓🥳✨

  • Lisa says:

Congratulations! A little tip: get the Medela symphony pump and the hand held bra. Looks like you’re getting the manual one which will take you ages!

One thing I was shocked about was how long it takes to breastfeed and pump.

Good luck, you look fab! Xx

:-) Kram!

    Hey Janni!

Almost 😱 it felt like yesterday that you told the news! Shocking how fast time goes. Me and my boyfriend are right now trying.*fingers crossed*.

Just curious, do you in Sweden send birth cards? (Like a card with name, sex, birth time date etc to family and friends) its a big thing here in Holland, but my other friends from Poland or Lithuania dont really do it. How is that in Sweden?

    • janni says:

I knoow, it flew by!! Oh fingers crossed for you guys! <3 <3 No I don't think we send those, I've never heard of it actually. Cozy thing to do! :D Xx

  • MiaLu says:

You look so nice and healthy. I’m pretty sure you will look after birth almost the same as before you got pregnant. It’s not a lot you gained weight wise, but it’s enough. Many people think that women should gain 15/20 kg what is not true. Enjoy the last days and enjoy your little one. I wish you and your family all the best!

    • janni says:

Thanks sweetie! <3 I have no stress to get back to a specific body, I've been active during my entire pregnancy and tried to eat healthy (as usual) so I think that's why my body reacted like it did. Every body is SO different though, and it's amazing that we can grow humans! :-) Xx

The strategic element is what truly sets five nights at freddy’s apart. You need to manage your power supply carefully, using lights and doors strategically to deter the animatronics.
